The Superstition Mountain Astronomical League provides telescopic views of the moon, planets, star clusters, and galaxies during this informal, explore-at-your-own-pace program. Treating is not available at this program to reduce tripping hazards. Please park in an adjacent parking lot as telescopes will occupy the Cholla site for walk-through viewing.

To ensure a smooth and spectacular experience, visitors and visitation times will be limited. Registration cost is $5 per participant: as long as everyone in a single car is registered for the event, there will not be an additional car fee. Register up to a day before the event; no walk-ups. Registrants have a 30-minute window to arrive: only 15 minutes before or after the start of your selected time slot. (For example, if your slot is 7-7:45 p.m., you will only be allowed entry between 6:45-7:15 pm). Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals. Please plan accordingly.
